We will calculate your shipping rates and give you an exact total right there.
Sure do. You can browse our current selection in our pre-owned equipment section. We're regularly receiving used equipment in our warehouse and then shipping it out again. So if you don't see what you need, check back with us again later.
Absolutely! We sell commercial equipment to families, churches, schools, hospitals, hotels, bars, caterers, and more. But be aware that commercial ovens, ranges, and other restaurant equipment used in the home might conflict with local fire codes, home insurance policies, and product warranties. Consult your insurance provider before installing any commercial appliances inside your home kitchen.
A lift gate is a hydraulic platform that raises and lowers heavy items into and out of shipping trucks. Some trucks come with a lift gate attached, others do not. If a shipped item is too heavy for a person to pick up and carry (e.g., a refrigerator, oven, or ice machine) and you don't have access to a loading dock or forklift, then you will require lift gate service. You can opt in for this service during checkout. See our Freight FAQ page for more information.
Items sold by JES Restaurant Equipment and shipped within our home state of South Carolina include a 7% sales tax automatically. Other items are subject to local tax rates only when required by their manufacturers. In such a case, a JES Representative will contact you after checkout to confirm your total. The estimated tax amount that appears at checkout may be slightly higher or lower than the final tax amount.

Smaller items are shipped via parcel services like UPS and the US Postal Service. These items are available for tracking, and you can find their tracking numbers inside your confirmation email or on your Account page. Items shipped by freight usually move directly from the manufacturer to your local terminal so there's no need for tracking. Instead, for freight orders, we will provide you with the estimated transit time once the item has begun processing.
