Bron Coucke Strip Slicer, stainless steel, plastic handle, recipe booklet and cleaning brush included. These models are intended for cutting firm and homogeneous strips or ribbons of vegetables and fruits. The strips can then be cut with knives or punches to make decorations. It comes with standard cutting block thickness of 1.5mm.
