It comes with a 12 gallon oil capacity, which allows it to feed a whopping 100 people per hour. This fryer is the real deal and great for deep frying catfish, chicken, and turkey. The baskets measure 17 x 8-1/4 x 6 allowing you to drop pounds of fish and watch them simmer.
