Cajun Fryer. Regular 2-Basket Fryer. This model comes with a cooker and stand. Cookouts will never be the same again with this Cajun deep fryer. You can easily feed a large group of people with this hard working, deep fryer. Fry catfish, chicken, or turkey breast. This cajun fryer feeds 25-30 people per hour. It comes with a 4 gallon oil capacity with a basket size of 11" x 5-3/8" x 4-1/8".
