CASING- NATURAL- SHEEP- 5OZ BAG. Use natural sheep casings for breakfast sausage or slim jims. Natural sheep casings are approximately 19-21mm (3/4") in diameter. One 5oz vacuum sealed bag of casings will stuff about 15lbs of sausage. Rinse casings several time in cold water then soak in water 1 hour until pliable. To store - cover casings with salt, place in a covered container and refrigerate.
