Hello Everyone! My name is Bentley… better known as “Mr. B” around J.E.S. Restaurant Equipment. I am the official taste tester of all things edible (and somethings that aren’t), and I have devised an easy to use system of rating a food items deliciousness. My patented “Num Num” scale is a sure fire way to know if a recipe is worth the time it takes to prepare.
Mr. B.. I hear that you have eaten several of Chef Phil’s entrees, could you tell us which one is your favorite? If you have several let us know. I’d love to have recipes for them all.
