The Holland Infra-red SearMate gives you high temperature searing capabilities so you can get that crispy chargrilled taste without buying a full sized grill. This accessory attaches to the side of all new full-sized Holland grills and most older models. Sear your steaks, pork chops, burgers or chicken while freeing up space on your Holland grill for other foods to cook at the same time. The infrared burner ranges from approximately 650 to 950 degrees F and the SearMate offers HI and LOW temperature settings. All models come complete with a heavy guage stainless steel cooking bar grid and a slide out drip catcher. Can easily be converted to operate on natural gas, gas hose and brass "T" connection fitting included, one-year limited parts warranty.
