This slush machine has an internally monitored refrigeration system with "no leak" faucets. It is self-contained and electronically controlled with a touchpad display. The cover is lighted and says "Gourmet Ice". It comes equipped with a reversing auger that speeds the freeze time and reduces air mixing. The mix range is from 1:1 up to 8:1. This frozen drink machine separates the frozen drink from the water lines to help improve sanitation.
