Fryer, Floor Model, Gas, Full Pot. This commercial fryer has 70-90lbs oil capacity full tank, and stainless steel tank, front and sides, under-fryer drawer filtration, with 10" adjustable legs. This commercial fryer has 140,000 BTUs and is NSF certified. The standing pilot light design provides a ready flame when heat is required. They have long-lasting, high-temperature alloy stainless steel heat baffles that are mounted in the heat exchanger tubes to provide maximum heating and combustion efficiency.
