Cambro Healthcare Products Now Available at J.E.S. Restaurant Equipment
When the Cambro Healthcare Products catalog landed on my desk earlier this week I took one look and was blown away by the beautiful meal delivery ware that was inside. I had become briefly familiar with the Cambro Healthcare line when I sold a couple meal delivery carts and some of the meal delivery ware to the television show "Mercy" for use in the first season of the new show. Cambro Healthcare has made it simple to design the meal delivery system that will fit your budget and food service needs. Its as easy as 1,2,3,4... in four easy steps you will build your traytop and pick yor delivery method.
Step 1: Pick your tray... The trays come in two different styles, the Camtray & Century Camtray both of which are available in two sizes; 14" x 18" or 15" x 20". The Camtray is made of lightweight, high-impact fiberglass with reinforced edges. The Camtray is stain, odor, and scratch resistant and the molded-in dri-stak separators ensure even air flow between trays for quick drying and easy stacking. The Century Camtray has a sleek contemporary design and is made from durable fiberglass. The low edges and ergonomic corners enhance customer comfort while dining. Stacking lugs allow fast drying and perfect stacking, increasing the stacking capacity by 30% over traditional trays. Both of the trays are NSF approved, dishwasher safe, backed by a 5-Year Warranty, and can be personalized to your specifications. Tray personalization is a green alternative to tray mats and can save up to 80% on annualized tray mat costs, and allows you to promote your organization with every meal served. The Century Camtray is available in 15 vibrant colors and the Camtray is available in almost 50 different colors and patterns so you are sure to find a style that will match or compliment your decor.
Step 2: Choose your meal delivery ware... The Shoreline meal delivery ware from Cambro Healthcare boasts a contemporary look, while offering high performance and unequalled safety at a budget-friendly price. The heart of the system is a thermal pellet that holds heat at its core to keep hot foods at safe temperatures & stays 20 degrees cooler on the edge than metal pellets to protect staff and patients from burns. The pellet is made of a high density plastic composite that won't chip or dent like metal pellets, and the pellet lifter allows you to safely lift hot thermal pellets. The Shoreline series of meal delivery ware offers an 8oz. mug (feature ergonomically correct handle that fits three fingers), a small bowl (5oz.), large bowl (9oz.), insulated dome lid, and pellet under-liner that securely holds the thermal pellet. The system holds a 9" plate and comes in 4 colors to complement any of the tray colors. Also available are the swirl bowls (5oz) that are ideal for serving hot or cold side dishes, desserts, sauces, dips, cereals, or fruit and come in three colors (black, white, clear). All of the meal delivery ware from Cambro Healthcare is NSF approved and dishwasher safe.
Step 3: Choose your tumbler... The Cambro tumblers are made from break resistant SAN for safe use and reduced replacement cost, and the lightweight design makes it easier for patients to lift the. Tumblers are available in three different syles and numerous colors and sizes to meet your specific applications. The tumblers are stackable, dishwasher safe, and can be imprinted with your logo.
Step 4: Choose your meal delivery cart... Meal delivery carts are used to transport meal trays from the kitchen to the patient. They help to ensure optimum food quality and short delivery times. The rail spacing holds all standard tray set ups with clearances up to 5 1/2" high. The durable meal delivery carts are reliable, easy to clean, and wont rust, dent, crack, chip, or break. These carts offer a quiet and economical alternative to metal carts and the menu clips hold routing directions and/or content lists. Meal delivery carts come in 3 styles each available in two different models. Pick between the low profile, 1 door, and 3 door styles to transport between 16 and 30 trays at once. Also available from Cambro Healthcare is a beverage service cart that provides convenient beverage service. Open compartment holds drinkware, food items, or supplies while the two insulated compartments can be used for food storage. All meal delivery carts and the beverage service cart are easy to clean and NSF approved.
Cambro Healthcare also offers a Camshelving dome lid drying and storage cart for convenient drying and storage of the shoreline dome lid. There is also a complete selection of glass, cup, peg, tray, and flatware racks to make dishwashing and storage a breeze. Cambro healthcare also offers disposable lids for the shoreline series mugs, bowls, and the Cambro tumblers. But why would you throw all that money away when you can "save cash and reduce trash" with reusable camlids for the shoreline meal delivery system. Reduce your waste stream by tons each year when you switch from disposables to reusables and save up to 75% in lid costs each year! The reusable camlids are dishwasher safe with the camrack wash & store system.
