This model is perfect for restaurants with confined spaces. It is ideal for grilling tortillas, sandwiches, burritos, steaks, chicken, fish and small steaks.
There are some advantages to indoor electric grills. One is the compact size of a model like this allowing for more space inside. This model accommodates for food items up to three inches. Each handle is heat resistant for safe operation.
The grilling time for most electric grills are anywhere from 4 to 7 minutes, which is a lot faster than other, outdoor grills. The hinge system on this grill is easy and allows for pressure on both sides for consistent heat and grilling of the product.
Indoor electric grilling is a lot easier because there is no fuel involved. This model has a removable grease trough at the front of bottom platen that allows for easy cleaning.
