Kettle/Mixer is a gas unit and has a 40-gallon capacity. It has a 2/3 steam jacket design, tilt-type, automatic ignition and temperature control. The unit has a power on/off switch and a variable ration control between scraper & agitator. There is a open leg base and the unit is stainless steel construction.
