Restaurant Equipment our main goal is to provide the best customer service experience possible; at Gecko Babies their main goal is to provide, well, gecko babies.  Recently Brandon of Gecko Babies was searching for a commercial sink to use in their operations, while searching the web for the perfect sink he found his way to the J.E.S. website, after a live chat with Natasha he decided that J.E.S. was where he wanted to shop.  This is what Brandon had to say about his experience with Natasha and J.E.S. Restaurant Equipment.

I was looking for an economy grade single bowl sink for a small in-home business.  I found what I thought I wanted and called several places to see if it was in stock.  The answer I always got was “it should be, but go ahead and place the order and if it’s not we can cancel the order”.  This was a problem for me because I did not want to waste valuable time.  I then contacted Natasha Riggs from J.E.S.  Not only did she help me, she went the extra step.  Not only did she contact the sink distribution center personally, she made them visually verify the sink was there and ready to ship.  After doing this, she also let me know of another option that would save me a LOT of money, and receive virtually the same sink the next day instead of a week.  So not only did she go out of her way to get me something quickly, she did it and it saved me a lot of money.  The sink arrived as promised and I could not be happier.  Thank you Natasha Riggs and J.E.S.

One of our customer service associates, Holly Watson who handles our online orders, finally had a healthy baby boy on July 20 2010.  Mason Levi Watson weighed in at 8-lb 4-oz,  is 20.5″ long & healthy as a horse.

One look at their trucks and you can see Show Hauler means business!  They take pride in the products that roll off their lot and anything less than perfect wont go.  Natasha,  is the liaison between Show Hauler and J.E.S. Restaurant Equipment and she works very hard to keep their production floor moving and the custom motor coaches, toter coaches and garage coaches they produce  rolling to their new owners on time.  Her job is to ensure that the equipment Show Hauler needs reaches their facility in time for them to meet the customer’s delivery deadline; most of the time this works great but every once in a while something goes wrong and she has to make it right….  This is what Brendon Sutter of Show Hauler has to say about the relationship between them and J.E.S. Restaurant Equipment. 

“Natasha and the J.E.S. Restaurant Equipment team have been awesome to work with!  So often a supplier doesn’t seem to put much effort into taking care of issues as they arise.  We recently needed to refuse a delivery due to scratches on the exterior of the drink cooler incurred during the shipping process.  Within three days the replacement unit arrived at our facility, and we lost absolutely no time due to Natasha’s quick action. This is just an example of what J.E.S. can do when things aren’t going as planned; imagine how good they are to work with when everything is going well. GET Melamine Display Tray

Recently Holly, one of our customer service representatives, had the opportunity to help Howard Taylor of Nestle Toll House Cafe aquire some melamine trays that he needed for his stores.  Here is what Howard had to say…

Recently I had need to order some additional white melamine trays. Knowing that AceMart was able to offer us a discount on these trays previously, I contacted them first to see if they would be willing to again offer that deal. However, they were not.

This spurred me on to search the Internet for another source and I was glad that I did. I located JES Restaurant Equipment and not only was I able to save slightly over 20% off of the AceMart price for the white melamine trays, they were willing to work with me on the shipping. I made a suggestion that they happily looked in to and they were able to save me a few more dollars in shipping.

Erica needed new oven mitts and we were able to help… while oven mitts may seem like not that big of a deal, they are… ever tried removing a pan of fresh baked cookies from the oven without one?  That’s what I thought, yes you have and it didn’t feel that great, so like every order we recieve the oven mitts were just as important as a refrigerator.  We take pride in helping each and every customer like they are the only customer we have and that is one reason why our customers keep coming back for more.
