Marilyn from the University of Mississippi recently purchased a Scotsman Ice Machine AFE424A-1A. After purchasing this Flake-Style Undercounter Commercial Ice Machine from us, she then purchased an AquaPatrol Water Filtration System ADS-AP1 to accompany her commercial ice maker. Being such a great customer, she decided to give us a call two months later and order the ADS-APRC6 AquaPatrol water filter replacement cartridge. She also claimed to be having trouble with her ice machine not producing enough ice in the morning. After troubleshooting with Eric our owner, her Scotsman ice machine was back up and running in no time:

Just wanted to let you know that the ice production problem is fixed.  When I talked to Eric, he asked me to check the psi and for some odd reason it was only 5.  The physical plant guys came yesterday and increased the pressure to 40psi and “Whola”, we have a mountain of ice this morning.  Thank  you for your help and let Eric know that the problem is solved.

The young lady I spoke with was very friendly,  did whatever she could to help… especially because I wasn’t really sure what I needed.  I believe her name was Kelly.  I cannot tell you how I appreciate someone helping me with something I am not familiar with…( the person that normally takes care of the repairs here was out of town…)  she not once made me feel as if I was an “idiot” although I felt like one (LOL).  She was so knowledgeable about it..   sure makes ordering a part for something you know nothing about a lot easier!

Tom was looking for an Olde Thompson Bavaria style peppermill. This peppermill is made of glass and comes with a brushed stainless steel top. The grinding mechanism is adjustable and allows for coarse grinding or fine grinding depending on the user’s specifications. We got it shipped out to his residence in Washington.
