Not a recommendation, but you don’t have a subject for total awesomeness! I called and talked to a gentleman today. I don’t recall his name, but I wanted to know if the 3 qt. dutch oven in Caribbean blue was in stock. He told me he thought it was but ran down to the showroom to physically touch it and make sure it was there. That was really awesome of him.
While he was doing that, someone else picked up the phone to make sure I was being helped. I said I was, and then the first guy came back and said they had one left, and he helped me put the order in. Everyone was so helpful, and you saved Christmas by having this in stock. We ordered this product from another place, and it turned out it wasn’t in stock and wouldn’t be available until after the 1st.
So, pretty much I am glad you had it in stock. I even had to talk to the owner, so I could tell her how awesome the customer service is at J.E.S. Restaurant Equipment.
