Chris was perusing the web and found our web site. He was looking for replacement parts for his Gold Medal popcorn machine and decided to give us a call. After conversing with Kelly in our Parts & Service department and she found the parts that he needed. Here is what Chris said about his J.E.S. Restaurant Equipment experience:

JES is professional, efficient and they take care of things.  After weeks of hunting down the parts needed for my machine, unanswered voicemails and emails to companies, along came JES in a Google search.  A phone call was returned to me within 24 hours, and my parts were ordered.  Interestingly enough, after I received my parts from JES, the original manufacturer finally returned my phone call.  Anyways, my point is that what started out being a long and frustrating adventure turned into something fun, as I have a new friend in JES (Kelly is awesome!).  They are people you can trust to get a job done.

Erica needed new oven mitts and we were able to help… while oven mitts may seem like not that big of a deal, they are… ever tried removing a pan of fresh baked cookies from the oven without one?  That’s what I thought, yes you have and it didn’t feel that great, so like every order we recieve the oven mitts were just as important as a refrigerator.  We take pride in helping each and every customer like they are the only customer we have and that is one reason why our customers keep coming back for more.
