Deann in Wisconsin was recently looking for a thermostat control replacement for her food warming table. One call to Kelly in our parts department and she had her part shipped out immediately. Here is what she had to say about her J.E.S. Restaurant Equipment experience:
The young lady I spoke with was very friendly, did whatever she could to help… especially because I wasn’t really sure what I needed. I believe her name was Kelly. I cannot tell you how I appreciate someone helping me with something I am not familiar with…( the person that normally takes care of the repairs here was out of town…) she not once made me feel as if I was an “idiot” although I felt like one (LOL). She was so knowledgeable about it.. sure makes ordering a part for something you know nothing about a lot easier!
