18" Nylon Handle French Whip. Thicker wires and a patent-pending ergonomic whip make this a great choice for mixing heavy food products. The one-piece handle is completely sealed - no crevices to collect food or bacteria. Features heat resistant nylon handle that is rated to 475° F (246° C). Wires are stainless steel to resist corrosion and rusting.
