Description

Oyster Knife, Carolina's Best, Blue handle with 2.5'' knife. SS blade, one piece blue plastic handle protects hands from oysters cuts. The Carolina Oyster Knife consists of two parts, the blade and the handle. The blade is 410 stainless steel, hardened to Rockwell C40-45. The handle is ABS high-impact plastic with a built in hand guard. All knives are dishwasher safe.
