The 18" oven acts as a fully functional bake and convection oven. This range oven has 3 size burners: 17,000 BTU, 13,000 BTU, 9,000 BTU. This range oven has blue LED lights that indicate a flame and oven functions that are provided with every knob. The two lights in each oven are controlled from a front panel switch. The Inconel Banquet broiler burner provides a rapid searing at 1,800°F. This residential range has quick preheat times and uniform cooking temperatures that are created with a 30,000 BTU Bake Burner. This fail-safe system ensures a re-ignitioin in the even the flame goes out even on the lowest burner setting. This Innovection system has two convection fans that optimizes a uniform air flow. This oven has three settings that include: Standard Bake, Innovection Convection Bake, and Infrared Broil and Fan mode. This range oven has an extra-large viewing window built into the oven door. This range oven accommodates full size commercial sheet pans.
