The 15lb vertical sausage stuffer is USDA approved, and has a stainless steel base and cylinder. Clamp the stuffer base to a table or counter top and crank out perfect sausage every time. Comes with 1/2", 3/4", and 1" stuffing tubes. Cylinder removes easily for filling and cleaning. Air release valve removes air from top of unit instead of pushing into the casing.
