Product Details

Construction: Heavy duty 430 stainless steel exterior. Anodized aluminum nished bottom and back of exterior. High quality 304 stainless steel work and top interior, ABS evaporator drain cover. Insulated with 2.5" thick high density foamed-in-place polyurethane foam. Four 4" diameter casters (front casters with brakes). Door heater installed around inside cabinet frame to prevent moisture build up.

Refrigeration System: Side-mounted condensing units for bigger compartment use compared to back mount models. Oversized condenser and evaporator coil cools to set temperature in a minimum time period and maintains it. Cool air intake via the front of the unit while warm air exhausted through the side, bottom and rear for high performance of condensation. Environmentally friendly CFC free R-134a and R-404a refrigerant. Adjustable defrost cycle between every 3 and 12 hours with 400 watt heater. Time initiated, both temperature and time terminated for backup fail-safe. Automatic evaporator fan motor delay on defrost cycle. Energy ecient condensate pan heated by high side anticorrosive coated tube. Evaporator copper tube and aluminum ns with anti-corrosive coating. Pressure relief port located at exterior back wall for rapid re-entry. One 115 volt / 60 cycle / 1 phase NEMA5-15P plug for all undercounter freezers. Factory preset temperature, -4 F. Operation of compressor and all other electrical components is governed by digital monitoring system (PCB control box) behind left front grill.

Doors: 430 stainless steel exterior with 304 stainless steel interior. Insulated with 2.5" thick foamed-in-place polyurethane foam. Rounded corners for a sleek and modern appearance. Heavy duty adjustable torsion spring self-closing door system. One piece snap-in door gasket for easy replacement. Heavy duty recessed door handles that stay out of the way.

Shelving: Two (2) epoxy coated interior shelves per section. 11" pilasters and shelf clips made of 304 series stainless steel.

Digital Temperature Monitoring System: Easy to read digital temperature display. Easy to control temperature by simply pushing buttons on PCB control box. Microchip digital monitoring system (PCB control box) provided with various functions for monitoring and maintaining ideal temperature. Temperature range from -15 F to 32 F.
