This Ice-O-Matic cube-style ice maker is perfect for any large-scale commercial kitchen environment. This unit is capable of producing up to 1430lbs of ice per day and features a filter free, air-cooled design that eliminates the need to clean or replace air filters. Ice-O-Matic's built-in PURE ICE antimicrobial protection system ensures that you are serving only the cleanest ice. This unit also has Harvest Assist technology that allows the machine to produce ice at a consistent and efficient rate by pushing ice into the bin as it is frozen, rather than waiting for gravity to overpower the scale.
