This unit relies on an exclusive S-style knife that offers sharp, exact, swift cuts. The knife can slice at an adjustable thickness due to the adjustable knob located on the Knife Disc Assembly. The stainless steel blade coupled with the Thick-gauge Aluminum construction of the housing ensures that the VS-22 can endure the years without a scratch. Each unit is easily disassembled and is equipped with a Hopper Door safety latch that prevents accidents 100% of the time.
