This stacked electric unit is standard depth, and each its two ovens are identical. It gives you more cooking capacity in less space. The whole piece of equipment is constructed of an angle iron frame covered in stainless steel. The oven interiors are porcelain enamel with removable baffles to simplify cleaning. Each has 6 chrome plated wire shelves and can hold 12 full size sheet pans. The 60/40 dependent doors open to a wide angle of more than 120 degrees, so you can safely load and unload. Double pane glass windows in the doors allow you a quick glance at your cooking. Two interior lights enhance the view. A 10kw heating element a piece provides the power to reach and sustain the 100-500F temperature range. Each also has a 60 minute count-down timer, and an audible alert to let you know a cooking cycle has ended. Additionally, they both have a cool down feature. Indicator lights keep you apprised of a hot oven. Stacking hardware and a riser vent kit are included in the package. The unit is placed on 6 inch bullet feet.
