This electric countertop Rotisserie Oven sells your chicken while it's cooking it. It's constructed of stainless steel, with a curved, double paned glass door. Seven removable angled spits have a capacity of 21 to 28 chickens, depending on the size of the birds. This oven has a ventless hood, so it can be placed on a countertop right in front of your customers. They can watch their dinner cook at a temperature range of 250-425F with a combination of convection and radiant heat which cooks in half the time of a conventional oven. Once the chickens are done, the oven automatically lowers its temperature for the holding mode in the temperature range of 140-210F, so your diners can still watch the chickens, if you prefer. Their view will be enhanced by an interior light which has been cleverly recessed so that it won't be hit by a spinning chicken. Drip strips allow gravity to drain juices into the drip pan for easier cleaning. This oven comes with 4 inch adjustable legs, but is stackable, so it can be placed atop other rotisseries, ovens or holding cabinets as well, expanding your cooking capacity. Programmable controls allow for storing up to 7 recipes in the oven. An LED digital display shows the internal temperature. The oven operates at only 8.3 kw, so it cooks a full load of chickens for about 37 cents. That's due to being built with EcoSmart technology, which enables it to use up to 30% less energy than competitive models. The color options for the panels, are black, white, brown red and burgundy, or it can even be color-matched to a color sample you provide. With a customized color, 4 to 6 weeks will be required for delivery after the sample arrives.
