Description

This 4 foot long full-service counter-top Halo Heat Display Case provides space for service and display without removing floor space from your dining room. It's fully constructed of stainless steel and has room enough for three full-size pans, or a combination of other pan and sheet pan sizes. A pan insert with grids is supplied with the unit. The front of the case is of curved glass and opens vertically to a right angle for cleaning. Its perimeter is edged by a rubber gasket which acts as a shock absorber. The comfort of your diners was taken into account with the addition of a front-mounted heat guard. Six coated shatter proof bulbs in two overhead lighting zones illuminate your case. Each lighting zone has its own power switch. You don't add water to the unit so you aren't promoting the build-up of condensation on the glass of the case. Halo Heat arises carefully from the bottom of the case in two heating zones and blankets your foods in stationary warmth to preserve their ideal state. Each of the heating zones is thermostatically controlled with setting ranges from 1 to 10, and separate heat indicator lights. The back side of the case has sliding glass doors to allow access for stocking, serving and cleaning. The interior of these doors is mirrored so that a more complete view of what you've cooked is offered. The case sits on four inch legs. EcoSmart technology offers the influence for this case.
