Description

If you'd like to have a more space-efficient version of a Halo Heat Display Case the obvious choice is this 4 foot long model made entirely of stainless steel. Serving space is provided for 3 full size pans, or a combination of sizes of pans and sheet pans. A pan insert with grids is supplied with the case. The curved glass front has a full length self-service opening and raises to a right angle to facilitate cleaning. Edged by a rubber gasket, the glass is protected from damage. A front-mounted heat guard has been added for the benefit of customers serving themselves. Two overhead lighting zones contain a total of six coated shatter proof bulbs to illuminate the case. Condensation won't hamper the visibility in the case because steam escapes from the service opening and no water is added to the case. Halo Heat, which radiates calmly from the bottom of the case in two heating zones, keeps your foods in motionless warmth which protects their ideal state. The heating zones are individually thermostatically controlled with setting ranges of 1 to 10 and heat indicator lights. Behind the case a sliding glass door allows entrance for stocking and cleaning. The interior of the doors is mirrored to offer a complete view of what's been prepared. The case sits on 4 inch legs. EcoSmart technology provides the direction for this practical and environmentally sound product.
