If you're looking for heated display space, but you're short on floor space, a counter-top Halo Heat Display is a professional and pragmatic way to have both of these. This full-service 6 foot long case is fully made of stainless steel and offers ample space for 5 full-size pans or 5 one-third size sheet pans. A pan insert with grids is supplied. A curved glass front lifts to a right-angle to simplify cleaning. The perimeter of the glass is bordered by a rubber gasket to avert damage. Your diners won't be negatively impacted by the temperature of the case, due to the placement of a front-mounted heat guard. The visibility of the case is enhanced by two overhead lighting zones containing ten coated shatter proof bulbs. An individual power switch is supplied for each lighting zone. You won't promote the build-up of condensation because you don't add water to this case. The quality of your cooking is defended by Halo Heat which rises carefully from two heating zones in the bottom of the case and wraps your foods in stationary warmth. Each of these heating zones has a setting range from 1 to 10 and an individual heat indicator light. Four inch legs create a base for the unit. Guided by EcoSmart technology, this case treats the environment as well as it treats your cooking.
