This Halo Heat Display Case keeps your foods in their freshly-cooked condition while they're being displayed for your customers to serve themselves while at the same time saving floor space because it's a counter-top model. It's stainless steel interior offers space for 5 full-size pans, or several combinations of other pan and sheet pan sizes. A pan insert with grids comes with the case. The exterior is painted black for a classic look which compliments any dining room. A curved glass front with a full-length self-service opening can be raised to a right angle to simplify cleaning. The border of the glass is edged by a rubber gasket to prevent cracking. The comfort of your diners is the reason the front-mounted heat guard was added. Ten coated shatter proof bulbs in two overhead lighting zones brighten the case. Each lighting zone has its own power switch. Condensation is staunched because steam escapes from the service opening and no water is added to the unit to replace it. Emanating calmly from two heating zones in the bottom of your case, Halo Heat covers your scrumptious cooking in warm stillness to retain its intended goodness, rather than altering it as moving air would do. Each heating zone is thermostatically controlled, with setting ranges from 1 to 10, and separate heat indicator lights. Behind the case, you'll find sliding glass doors to permit stocking and cleaning. Their interior is mirrored to provide diners with a more complete view of what you've cooked. Four inch legs are a part of this package, and may be used as a support for your case if you prefer. This line was created based on the precepts of EcoSmart technology, so it's a practical and "green" product.
