Description

This counter-top Halo Heat Display Case has everything going for it. Made completely of stainless steel, it's tough and easily cleaned. It's also 6 feet long, so space is available for 5 full-size pans or several combinations of other pan or sheet pan sizes. A pan insert with grids is included with the unit. It's front is formed of curved glass with a self-service opening on the left side which can be opened vertically to a right angle to permit cleaning. It's also rimmed by a rubber gasket which acts as a shock absorber. Your customers' comfort is the driving force behind adding a front-mounted heat guard. Ten coated bulbs in two overhead lighting zones enhance the visibility inside the case. Both lighting zones have a power switch. The build-up of condensation on the glass is staunched because steam escapes from the service opening and no water is added to the unit. Halo Heat rises calmly from the bottom of the case in two heating zones and and wraps your foods in motionless warmth which preserves their ideal state. The heating zones are each thermostatically controlled with individual setting ranges and heat indicator lights. Sliding glass doors behind the case permit stocking and cleaning. These doors have mirrored interiors which reflect the far side of your work to the people in front of the self admiring it. Four inch legs offer support for the case. EcoSmart technology provides the guidance for the development of this line.
