This counter-top Halo Heat Display Case offers 6 feet of space for your foods in an attractive unit which enhances the atmosphere of your dining room. It's stainless steel interior provides room for 5 full size pans, or a combination of other pan and sheet pan sizes. A pan insert with grids is also provided with the unit. The exterior is painted black, and matches any dining room. A curved glass front has a self-service opening on the right side, and lifts to a 90 degree angle for cleaning. The rim of the glass is surrounded by a rubber gasket to help prevent cracking. Your diners are kept away from the temperature of the case by a front-mounted heat guard. Two overhead lighting zones hold a total of ten coated shatter proof bulbs which brighten the case. Each lighting zone had an individual power switch. Condensation isn't encouraged to build on the glass because steam escapes from the service opening and water isn't added to the case to replace it. Arising carefully from the bottom of the case in two heating zones, Halo Heat blankets your foods in stationary warmth which retains its desired state without creating the alterations which moving air can cause. Both of the heating zones are thermostatically controlled, with setting ranges from 1 to 10, and separate heat indicator lights. Sliding glass doors on the back of the case provide entrance for stocking and cleaning. Their interiors are mirrored, and reflect a more complete image of your cooking to customers making choices in front of the case. Four inch legs are provided with this unit. This line was designed following the precepts of EcoSmart technology, and is both practical and environmentally sound.
