If that's your situation, a counter-top Halo Heat Display Case can solve your problem. This one offers 6 feet of space to hold 5 full-size pans or many combinations of other pan and sheet pan sizes, as well as providing a pan insert with grids. The front is made of curved glass, with a self-service opening on the right. It can be opened vertically to a 90 degree angle for simplified cleaning. The perimeter of the glass is edged by a rubber gasket which serves as a buffer against cracking. A front-mounted heat guard stands between your diners and the temperature of the case. Ten coated shatter proof bulbs in two lighting zones illuminate your case. Each zone has its own power switch. Because steam escapes from the service opening, and no water is added to the case, the build-up of condensation isn't encouraged. Radiating serenely from two heating zones in the bottom of the case, Halo Heat keeps your foods in their best condition by holding them in stationary warmth. Each of the heating zones is thermostatically controlled, with a setting range of 1 to 10, and individual heat indicator lights. Sliding glass doors behind the case are there for stocking and cleaning. They have mirrored interiors which provide a view of far side of your cooking for customers making their choices. Four inch legs come standard with the unit. EcoSmart technology guided the design of this line, so it's both practical and protective of the planet.
