This 8 foot long counter-top Halo Heat Display Case creates an abundant amount of serving and display space without occupying any floor space which isn't already taken. The stainless steel interior is roomy enough for 7 full size pans or 7 one-third size sheet pans, and a pan insert with grids is included with your purchase. The exterior of the case is painted a stylish black. Its front is of curved glass, with a self-service opening on its right side. You can raise it to a 90 degree for cleaning. The edge of the glass is hemmed by a rubber gasket to prevent cracking. A front-mounted heat guard protects customers from the temperature of the case. Lighting is supplied by fourteen coated shatter proof bulbs in three overhead lighting zones. Each of the zones has a power switch. Your case won't appear foggy due to condensation on the glass, because steam escapes through the self-service opening and no water is added to the case, so it isn't replaced. The food in the display is sheltered by the stationary warmth of Halo Heat emanating from three heating zones in the bottom of the case. Each of these zones is thermostatically controlled, has a setting range of 1 to 10, and separate heat indicator lights. Sliding glass doors behind the case make stocking and cleaning much easier. The interior of these doors is mirrored, so that diners may have a more complete view of what you've cooked Four inch legs are provided with the case. EcoSmart technology provides the guidance for building this line, and that makes it both efficient and environmentally sound.
