Description

This counter top Halo Heat Hot Deli Display Case provides with black accents all the features of the model which comes with a base provided, but it it conveniently rests on the counter top you already have available. This self-service piece is 4 feet long, and provides space for 3 full size pans. The curved glass front has a self-service opening across its entire length and raises to a right angle for cleaning. There's a front-mounted heat guard to shield diners from the warmth of the unit. A rubber gasket edges the perimeter of the glass. Overhead lighting is provided by six coated shatter proof bulbs in two lighting zones, each with its own power switch. Condensation is thwarted because the service opening allows steam to escape and water isn't added to this case. Halo Heat arises from two heating zones in the bottom of the case to cover your foods in warm stillness. Because the air isn't moving, concerns such as dehydration and the mixing of flavors aren't created. Each of the heating zones is thermostatically controlled, with a setting range from 1 to 10, and an individual heat indicator light. The case is accessed through the operator's side through sliding glass doors, which are mirrored and provide a reflection of your cooking to diners making choice in front of the case. A set of 4 inch legs are included with this display.
