An 8 foot long counter-top Halo Heat Hot Deli Display Case can provide a maximum amount of heated buffet-style display even for restaurants who have minimum floor space in their dining rooms. Seven full size pans will fit comfortably in the full-service unit made of stainless steel, with a curved glass front. The perimeter of the glass is edged by a rubber gasket to shield it against cracking and damage. Raising the front to a right angle will expedite the cleaning process. A front-mounted heat guard makes standing in the vicinity of the case a pleasant experience for your diners, despite the temperature of the case. Fourteen coated shatter proof bulbs in two overhead lighting zones illuminate the case. Each lighting zone has its own power switch. Condensation is thwarted by the fact that you don't add water to this case. Emanating calmly from two heating zones in the bottom of your case, Halo Heat covers your foods in motionless warmth to secure their ideal state, whereas moving air would alter them. Both of the heating zones are thermostatically controlled, with setting ranges between 1 and 10, and individual heat indicator lights. Sliding glass doors on the operator's side of the case allow entry for stocking, serving and cleaning. Their interior is mirrored to offer a view of both sides of what you've cooked to diners standing in front of the case. Four inch legs are provided with this unit.
