If you'd really like a large heated display case, but you simply don't have the floor space, you should consider this 8 foot long stainless steel counter-top Halo Heat Hot Deli Display Case with black accents and bottom trim. Seven full size pans fit comfortably into this unit. Its front is made of curved glass, and has a self-service opening on the far left side. You can raise it to a right angle for cleaning purposes, and its glass edge has a rubber gasket around the perimeter as a buffer against damage. Overhead lighting is created by two lighting zones containing a total of fourteen coated shatter proof bulbs. Each lighting zone has its own power switch. The temperature of the case won't adversely affect diners as they serve themselves due to the presence of a front-mounted heat guard. Halo Heat, which rises smoothly from two heating zones in the bottom of the case, blankets your cooking in warm stillness, which protects the state of your meals, rather than subjecting them to the alterations caused by moving air. The heating zones are both thermostatically controlled with setting ranges between 1 and 10, and heat indicator lights. On the operator's side of the case you'll find sliding doors to allow for stocking, serving and cleaning. The interior of these doors is mirrored, so that a more complete view of what you've cooked is offered to anyone admiring the front of the case. Four inch legs are included to support the case.
