A 8 foot long Halo Heat Hot Deli Display Case would definitely open up the possibilities in your dining room, but you might not have the floor space to add it without giving up much-needed dining space. That's when the fact that this is a counter-top model becomes useful. It's made entirely of stainless steel, except for the curved glass front, and is spacious enough for 7 full size pans. The glass front has a self-service opening on its far left side, and rises to a right angle for cleaning. Its border is encased with a rubber gasket which helps avert damages. Two overhead lighting zones contain a total of fourteen coated shatter proof bulbs to brighten your case. Each lighting zone has a power switch. Customers won't feel the temperature of the case as they serve themselves due to the front-mounted heat guard. Radiating from the base of the unit is Halo Heat which retains the ideal state of your cooking with its motionless covering rather than altering the condition of your foods, as moving air does. Both heating zones are thermostatically controlled, with setting ranges of 1 to 10 and individual heat indicator lights. Behind the case you'll find sliding glass doors which allow access for stocking, serving and cleaning. Their interiors are mirrored, so that a more comprehensive view of your cooking is seen from the front of the case. Four inch legs come as a standard part of this package.
