Halo Heat Hot Deli Display Cases are wonderful buffet cases! They retain your food's quality and display it in a manner which truly shows it off, but what if you just don't have the floor space to do it? This 8 foot long counter-top model which is constructed completely of stainless steel and can hold 7 full-size pans is much more simple and cost effective than building a new dining room! Its front is formed of curved glass, with a self-service opening on its far right side, and the capacity to be opened vertically to a 90 degree angle for cleaning. The rim of the glass is surrounded by a rubber gasket to help prevent cracking, and a front-mounted heat guard protects your customers from the temperature of the case. Two overhead lighting zones containing fourteen coated shatter proof bulbs brighten the case. Each zone has a power switch of its own. Condensation won't hinder the view of what you're serving because the service opening allows steam to escape and you don't add water to the unit to rebuild it. Halo Heat is provided by two heating zones in the bottom of the case and smoothly retains the perfection of your cooking with stationary air, as opposed to using moving air, which would continue to change the state of the foods being held. Each of these heating zones is thermostatically controlled, with a setting range between 1 and 10, and a heat indicator light. The operator's side of the case has sliding glass doors which grant access for stocking, serving and cleaning. Their interior is mirrored for the purpose of showing off your foods more completely. Four inch legs come standard with this unit.
