This 24" Heavy Duty Restaurant Gas Range boasts of a stainless steel front, sides, high shelf, valve control panel, hanged kick plate and 6" deep, front bullnosed landing ledge to keep foods that spill from automatically landing on the floor. There's a standing pilot for each of the 4 gasketless open burners, and each has a 32,000 BTU output. Their 12" x 12" cast iron grates are easily removed for cleaning. The full width pull-out drip pan and crumb tray also keeps cooking debris from landing on the floor. The front knobs are a polished, glossy black.
A 20"W oven with a 27,000 BTU output has one rack and two rack positions is also standard. Extra oven racks are optionally available. The welded front frame of the oven provides extra stability for the entire range. A stainless steel door lifts off for simple access to the oven both for cleaning and upkeep. The temperature range is from 150 to 500 F, and there's matchless ignition and a 100% safety shut-off valve for when maximum heat limits are reached. The range sits on 6" chrome plated legs with adjustable feet. Casters are sold separately as an option.
