It's heavy duty frame is entirely constructed of stainless steel, including the high shelf, valve control panel and hinged kick plate. There's also a 6" stainless steel front bullnose ledge to prevent crumbs and cooking debris from falling to the floor. You could choose a 6" high stub back rather than a high back at no additional charge. There are 6 gasketless open burners, each with a standing pilot for instant ignition and 12" x 12" cast iron grates which are removable for cleaning. They each have 32, 000 BTU outputs. The full width drip pan/ crumb tray is another feature added to keep your kitchen cleaner. Polished black knobs complete the professional look of this piece.
The standard oven
is 32"W and offers one rack with two rack positions. More racks can be purchased separately if you need them. A temperature range of 150 to 500 F allows for every oven function from warming to broiling. The door, also constructed of stainless steel, lifts off very simply to make cleaning and upkeep hassle-free. A heavy duty frame of the oven adds overall stability to the range. The 6" legs are chrome plated, with adjustable feet. Casters are sold separately if you prefer.
