This 30" Legacy oven comes with double french doors. It has gas Innovection Wall Ovens with an infrared broiler in the top of the oven and proofing element in the bottom oven. This Innovection System comes with two convection fans that help optimize an even amount of air flow. This residential oven has two lights that are controlled from a front panel switch. The Inconel Banquet broiler burner has a rapid searing at 1800F, using 18,000 BTUs. The double french doors improve easy oven access. This wall oven makes cooking fast and easy when it accommodates the full size commercial sheet pans. The blue LED lights indicate oven functions such as: Standard Bake, Innovection Convection Bake, Infrared Broil and Fan mode. There is an extra-large viewing window built into the oven door. Faster preheat times and uniform cooking temperatures are created through a 30,000 BTU Bake Burner. This residential wall oven makes it easy to bake anything in no time.
