The Cuisine Range comes with 6 sealed gas burners. This range comes with a 36" Innovection oven with an infrared broiler. This residential range comes with 3 size burners: 17,000 BTU, 13,000 BTU, 9,000 BTU. This range oven is made with a stainless steel island back trim that is included and installed. This range oven has a one piece durable precision frame construction on the front of the oven. This residential range has a ceramic infrared broiler that provides rapid searing at1800F, . The quick preheat times and uniform cooking temperatures are created with a 28,000 BTU Bake Burner. The Innovection System has a convection fan that optimizes uniform air flow. The multiple functions include: Standard Bake, Innovection Convection Bake, Infrared Broil and Fan mode. This residential range comes with an extra-large viewing window on the oven door. It accomodates full size commercial sheet pans.
