Received in a timely manner. Grill was VERY easy to assemble with minimal parts/hardware. There is noise associated with this grill, especially when cranking the temps to the higher level. First use was a slow smoked brisket that was completely devoured by our dinner friends.

Purchased this grill 3rd week of February and received it fast. I have cooked on this grill 3 times since and have found it to be awesome. No flare ups, no burned up food, meet was tendar, juicy, and very flavorful. I absolutely love to cook on this thing. If anyone considering purchaseing one, they are a little expensive but will last a life time and worth every penny I would highly recommend it.

Do I need to paint the gas grill?
Do I need to do something before I use it the first time (cure the metal)?

This Cajun Grill comes ready to use. Its surface is a mix of stainless steel and coated heavy-grade carbon steel— painting the grill is unnecessary.

The right-side flame jet broke off my unit. I was wondering where I can buy a replacement part or if it's not standard. It's the part where the flame comes out, connected to the grill with a bolt in between.
