At nearly 8 feet wide, this Pizza Prep Table has a 30 foot capacity. That's a lot of pizza! It's wholly made of stainless steel, with a 430 stainless steel exterior, and 304 stainless steel interior, pan lid, hood and work surface. Two and a half inches polyurethane insulation protect the temperature of the unit. The self-contained refrigeration is housed in a removable side panel. The condenser's coil is also removable for cleaning. R-134-A refrigerant is used with the system. An air defrost feature is temperature initiated and terminated, so it does the job of keeping your machine running effectively without over-doing it. Both the doors and drawers have rounded corners and recessed handles. They're kept from condensation by perimeter heaters. Snap-in magnetic gaskets are on all the doors and drawers as well. The drawers each hold 2 full size pans, for a capacity of 4 full size pans. Their low friction slide bearings allow for easy opening and closing. There are 2 epoxy coated wire shelves inside each self-closing door. Interior lighting is safety-shielded. The prep area has 1/2 inch polyurethane insulation. A dozen one-third size sanitary PVC pans are provided and can be covered by its lid. A 1/4"Deep sanitary cutting board also comes standard. It's adjustable and removable. Push buttons let you set the temperature in its range of 33 to 41F. Its accuracy is monitored by a microchip and a digital display makes it plainly visible. Four casters support the table. Locking brakes are added to the two in front.
