The Original Cajun Fryer from R&V Works will bring the delicious taste of freshly fried foods to your next outdoor occasion. True to their name, each Cajun fryer comes straight from the bayous of Louisiana and is specially designed for frying in open, outdoor areas. The spacious cool zone prevents loose particles from being scorched in the shortening, significantly extending the life of your oil and eliminating the need for frequent filtering or replacement. This four gallon, double basket version of the Cajun fryer is capable of serving approximately 30 people per hour, making it perfect for large cookouts, tailgate parties, or family events.

    FF2 Fryer

    Just got to use the fryer today as snow has mostly melted and was going to cook outside. Rainy and cold so moved into garage. Wow was I and my guests impressed. Quick,perfect fish first time of using. Odors-very little they never reached the house. As outside temp was 32 degrees F we kept the doors to garage closed. Bottom of cooker never exceeded 170 when cooking at 360 degrees f. Fantastic cooker! Now to catch more fish.

    Cajun Fryer

    I love this fryer! It was simple and easy to set up. It worked great. The only thing was learning to control the temperature of the oil. That was more of an operator error than anything else. Everyone at our tailgate was impressed with it and loved all the different foods I was able to cook with it. I would and have recommended to other people to purchase one of these fryers!
