With its 8.5 gallon oil capacity, this fryer is ideal for cooking chicken, catfish, or fried turkey in large quantities. It feeds up to 65-70 people per hour. It's great for having in outdoor cookouts or fish fry festivals. This fryer is so good it can deep fry two turkeys at a time. Some of the features of this fryer include a basket size of 13-1/4 inch x 5-3/8 inch x 5-5/8 inch .

Great fryer

Product was package well and arrived on time. Assembly was easy however I would be willing to pay an extra $5 or so for stainless hardware (bolts, screws,etc) to avoid future rust. Other than that, it is a great product and great service from JES.

Can this be converted to natural gas from LP?

Yes, R&V Works does have a natural gas jet that you could use rather than liquid propane tanks. You would need to contact your
natural gas supplier to find out what type of plumbing and regulator you will need in your area.

Is the temperature adjustable? And how does this one do with french fries?

This unit has a knob that you can use to adjust the gas flow higher and/or lower. There is a gauge on the front so you can insure the temperature is set correctly. This unit work great for frying just about everything, including French Fries,
