With this lightweight counter top hot dog steamer and bun warmer, you can you can setup shop at many different types of venues you wouldn't normally be able to access with a larger model and work on perfecting one of America's favorite snacks, the hot dog. The 800 watt immersion heating element is submerged into the 11 qt. water pan, which comes with a drain valve and low water indicator light, and instantly starts communicating with the adjustable thermostat to quickly get the steam up to a consistent and safe holding temperature. After the holding temperature has been reached, the humidity control system kicks in to keep the buns warm and fresh without making them soggy.
