Manually controlled Cayenne Heavy Duty Griddles are created with cooking pancakes, steaks, burgers and sandwiches in mind. They're well suited for use in restaurants, steak houses, coffee shops, clubs or pubs. They arrive set up for natural gas, but a propane converter kit is standard. This 60" unit has five U-shaped burners, each set a foot apart, thus offering 30,000 BTUs of power per foot, or 150,000 BTUs overall for this model. The cooking surface is a 24" W, 1" thick polished plate. The burner, exterior and 5" back and sloped side splashes are all constructed of stainless steel, which gives them longevity and ease of cleaning. A regulator, gas valve, and metal knobs are all included with this product. The front grease trough and two grease drawers with baffles help you to keep your griddle and your kitchen clean. This piece sits on 4" adjustable legs.
