After a life of repoing cars Jim proceeded to follow his version of the American dream which is now a very successful business consisting of a restaurant, a food cart and a fully-equipped food truck that turn out sausages and brats made from various wild game including, but not limited to wild boar, buffalo, elk, and rattlesnake. All of which are meticulously topped with their signature soda-submerged condiment.



Barbeque Pulled Pork Waffle


While neither of the ingredients are significantly eccentric the combination of the two is, which is exactly what they were going for at Wafels and Dinges . This Belgian food truck trolls up and down the streets of New York bringing customers one of America’s favorite foreign breakfast dishes topped with various “Dinges,” or “stuff,” which can mean anything from the traditional fruit and syrup toppings to unheard of possibilities like Tex-Mex chili and corn. The business offers a rich worldly experience full of humor and traditions, including sticking to cultural unwritten-laws and offering a complimentary cookie or “biscuit” with every hot beverage.



Crab Leg Pizza


Rising up in the age old competition between New York and Chicago, Milwaukee brings Streeza Pizza , a mobile food truck renowned for it’s pizza pies that was recently even named America’s Best Food Truck by Bloomberg Businessweek . Owners Scott Baitinger and Steve Mai have been praised for their reinventions of the delicious wheel with unconventional toppings, and their seasonal pizzas like pumpkin pizza and s’mores pizza have brought them to food glory, so much in fact that they recently turned out a second truck in Cleveland.



Chicken Cordon Bleu Dog Biscuit


Dogs in New York are barking for Bocce’s Bakery and their trick-turning treats. It may not exactly be a food truck but their three-wheeled food cart, dubbed the Biscuit Bike , is bringing gourmet doggy dishes all over the NYC parks. The cart was constructed by local Workman Cycles , and offers four-legged friendly snacks like doggie ice-cream and “pup-cakes” among more savory meals made from healthy and organic ingredients that puts this pet-mobile in high regards with K-9 owners in the Big Apple.



The Grilled Cheese Mac and Cheese Sandwich


Such a simple concept that is deemed “epic” to grilled cheese fanatics everywhere, The Grilled Cheese Truck takes KRAFT’s phrase “its the cheesiest” to a whole new level. Putting cheese on cheese in a manner that is more than excessive, this melty mobile machine turns out grilled cheese creations featuring ultimate comfort food ingredients like the Cheesy Mac and Rib Melt.
